Is Obama’s Abuse of Power Sharpening A Similar Tone in MD?

Unfreedom Week! The Obama Empire played a common chord of overreach across the U.S. shutting down historic parks.

Did this corrosive spirit help animate this removal of Maryland overpass signs critical of Obamacare and amnesty?

Tea Party organizer Ed Hunter reports a state trooper yesterday afternoon (see photo above) took down his group’s banners on Brooklyn Bridge Road over I-95 northbound near Laurel in Maryland.

See the same banners here displayed at the same location on August 31.

Hunter was able to get civil-liberties defender delegate Michael Smigiel on his cell phone during the outrage, but Hunter declares the trooper refused to talk with Smigiel.

The Maryland lawmaker explained to Hunter: “If they deny free speech every time someone finds the message unwelcome or distracting, then there is no free speech. The First Amendment is clear‘no laws shall be passed.’ What part of ‘no’ don’t they understand?”
